Visiting my parents from out of town. Castello’s is their favorite pizza place (and love their sandwiches too). I’ve enjoyed their pizza on previous visits but tonight was extra special. I made a mistake in my Bianche pizza order, but Frank (front of house) and Claudia (manager) were incredibly kind in correcting the issue even though it was 100% MY fault. And not only was the version that I ordered excellent (shared it with my daughter and she loved it too) BUT Claudia also gave us the opportunity to try the “mistake” version to see if we liked it anyway. Claudia was right…it was equally outstanding with the stuff that I thought I wouldn’t like. THANK YOU to Frank and Claudia for such outstanding service tonight, for the excellent food and for your continued great service to my family here in Clermont. Definitely will come back again and again!
